I was incredibly impressed with Justin and his team from the first conversation asking him to quote through the final walk through of our property. He was always open, honest and he most importantly he did what he said he would, every time. The workmanship is top quality and the team paid attention to all the small details. They were clean and respectful on the property during the work and always pleasant to deal with.
Things weren't perfect. They never are on a project of this size. But when issues arose with the pool, which were not under JC's direct control, Justin fought hard to have them resolved quickly and keep things on track. The pool liner was cut incorrectly and Justin got an entirely new liner made for us in two days so that water went into the pool on Wednesday instead of Sunday.
I would use JC again in a heartbeat but can't imagine we'll need to do much more to our beautiful yard in the near-term.
